How do "get" the free domain I already purchased in a bundle from you?

When I go the the store, I am prompted with three choices. I click on the purchase a domain, because it is the only one relevant to my need to “get” the domain I have already purchased as a bundle. However, it prompts me to pay for a regsitration, which I have at no charge as a result of the bundle. It also has a prompt to pay $13 for a transfer. None of these fit my situation. How do i “get” the free domain I purchased from you with my $99.00 bundle?

Now that you have the bundle, all you need to do is add the desired domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
You won’t be charged.
