How do have your twitter automatically post a link to your blog?

How do have your twitter automatically post a link to your blog and it’s title that you posted on WordPress.com? I think it can post like a short link to your post as well as with the title on your twitter everytime you post on the wp blog. Anyone can help? Everything I find only shows how to do it with wp.org

There are several methods. I prefer to use the free bookmarks found here http://getsociallive.com as when I use the generator and place them on my posts they update Twitter automatically.

Also note that wordpress.com does have “publicize” for this purpose. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

Thanks, the publicize was exactly what I was looking for. Oh well, Twitterfeed.com does the same thing and I’ve already got it all setup. Thanks though!
