  Get my naviagation bar like how do I add how many people are online, the copyright bar, pages, blog stats, etc. And can I create my own naviagation bars?

  Like lets say if that person created the bar Copyright on his own

  You can’t format your navigation bars without the CSS upgrade. How many people are online you can have in a sidebar widget from http://whos.amung.us/. Copyright bar? I’m not sure what you mean; you can put a copyright notice in a text widget in the sidebar. There’s already a stats widget. Just stick it in your sidebar.

  The blue navigation bar is common to all wordpress.com blogs. It can not be changed in any way or removed by bloggers.

  This is about the Blog Stats that are on your Dashboard http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/02/09/questions-about-stats/

  You can get these from third party sites and put them in text widgets in your sidebar. http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/20/how-do-i-add-a-counter-using-a-widget/

  Dashboard -> Write -> Pages

  Make meaningful posts with content. Your blog is basically empty. Making it “attractive” wouldn’t help. Content is what matters first.
