How do I….?

When I post a link to Facebook, for example, to my website/blog it pops up with the first entry on my blog and a choice of thumbnails from pictures posted on the main page (most of which are linked from another URL).
How do I get it so that it adds pictures from my ‘media library’ instead? I want to select a certain pic I have in my media library but it never chooses those pictures?
Can anyone help? Thanks.

Facebook changes things at their end so frequently that you will go crazy with this. If you search the forums you will find many threads on this topic.
