How do I….
-
1. Arrange photos I submitted to my Gravatar Page.
2. Choose how my new entries in my blog appear chronologically? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no ability to arrange the images on the gravatar profile page that I’m aware of. Most people create galleries on their blogs http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/ and not on that Gravatar profile page. http://en.gravatar.com/maggiepea
Also most of use create a static page and use it as an About page lengthy bios and for a blog description like the one you posted on your gravatar profile page and on the gravatar profile page we post only a brief bio.

Blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool wherein the most recent published post will display on top. You cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. It’s designed to serve your visitors as they come to read the most recent posts and will not be inclined to trawl through hundreds of posts to locate it.
You cannot reverse the order of post display by clicking a link as there is no such setting on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
See here for the option of creating a book-like structure > http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you.
Or you could use a single sticky post as an index page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
Or you can falsify every date-stamp before publishing.

Thanks, TimeThief.
I guess what I need to know is if I can separate the two blog posts now and make one my “Index Page” and make it a sticky post.
Can I separate it or copy/paste it and start it over as this Index Page, sticky post?
Thanks for the info on the material I put into my gravatar page.
