  Hi, I’m new to WordPress.com and would like to know the best way to get views to my blog. I would also like to know how to browse other blogs through categories. Any help will be appreciated. =)

  First thing – there is a big search box at the top of the forum. This question has been asked and answered hundreds of times.

  Second – take a look at the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forum and consider linking your user name to your blog as explained in item #2

  Finally – have you clicked on the categories and/or tags on your posts?
