How do I access a "reserved" domain name?

WordPress is saying the domain address I want is reserved, but when I type the url, it says it doesn’t exist. I’d like to reserve my first and last name as my domain address.
I don’t have a very common name, so I’m having a hard time believing someone else has it. How do I solve this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
If and only if you have that matching username account then the blog is reserved for you and you will be able to log in appropriately and register it after logging in under the correct username account.

If you are referring to this blog http://mbaruchman.wordpress.com/ that has no published content since http://mbaruchman.wordpress.com/2013/03/ then this is not a matter of registering the blog; it’s a matter of gaining access to it.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
The login link is this format http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpres.com/sp-admin/
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

Since my username is mbaruchman, my blog is mbaruchman.wordpress.com,
however, I am trying to access michellebaruchman.wordpress.com.I did not see it under any of my hidden blogs, so I will submit a WordPress request. Thank you for your help.

Unless you opened that blog yourself WordPress.COM will not give the blog to you just because you have the same name
