How do I access a work account no one knows the logins for?

  Hi,

  I have taken over the job of running a blog for a company which has been neglected for a long time, and the company logo needs updating. However, the guy running the blog before me is long gone and no one here knows the login details (I am set up as a user under mown personal Gravatar).

  Does anyone know how I can contact wordpress and get them to send me the login details or any other way I can get access to the account so I can upload a new image?
