How do I access header.php on the twenty eleven theme?

  Dear all,
  I need to delete the search box from the header (see the blog http://www.akisifala.org). I think I found the code to remove it in previous post on this forum. But still I have a big problem: how do I access header.phc in CSS page?

  You cannot access any php on any theme here at wordpress.com.

  Does the Custom Design upgrade let me edit HTML?
