  Live chat support is part of the WordPress.com plan upgrades. See here wordpress.com/pricing/

  Thanks, Liz. I’m trying to get Gmail to harvest emails sent to my website’s special accounts, but I’m getting an authentication failure. I think I know what the right PW is but not sure.

  My site is cprep.org. Don’t know about G suite. Just trying to link up to my site emails.

  You’ll want to post at wordpress.org/support/ for help with cprep.org as it is not on WordPress.com servers.
