How do I access live support?

  I have an account that includes live chat support, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to access it. Every once in awhile, if I am lucky, the magic blue “how can we help” rectangle will appear in the corner, but how do I get to it when I need it? I have tried everything I can think of.
