How do i access my account which has crossed with another account?

  I want to renew my domain mapping. Somehow my daughter’s account and my account have crossed so neither of us can get into it to pay the yearly charge.
  i want to put it under my name only so this problem doesn’t recur, but since we can’t get into the account, that cannot happen.
