How do I access my dedicated email once I've purchased a domain name?

  I’ve looked everywhere, googled the question online and no one seems to have a straight simple answer. I want to set up my email to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) and be able to use it regularly but no matter what I do I can’t figure it out! Please help!
