how do I access my domain after cancelling domain mapping

    I cancelled domain mapping and can not get my domain (eclectic-blog.com) to show up anywhere, either from its original registrar (growrichdomains.com) or via WordPress. I need to renew it and get access to that domain name again.

    Hi @theeclecticchef, can you get in touch with the domain provider? Your domain appears to be in Redemption at this point. You can’t control its settings while it’s in redemption.

    If the domain were with us I could help set up the process to get it back for you, but it isn’t. You’ll want to get in touch with the domain provider. Once you’ve got the domain redeemed, we can help you add mapping.
