I’d like to help you out with this, but I do not see a WordPress.com blog associated with your 360howe username.
What was the address of that blog?

Hi and thanks for your response. I don’t know what happened exactly; I wanted to move from wordpress to self-hosting with my blog called launchingalong. I think bluehost did something yesterday which meant that I couldn’t access the original blog. It’s actually fine; I had only posted one page, and I remembered I had the copy in a word doc, so I was able to use that to post the page on my new site.
I’m confused about the user name though. I see it up in the corner of the screen now, but I may have another? I’m not at all proficient with any of this!
In any event, I can access both of my blogs now.
Thanks again for your response!

It does sound like you may have multiple WordPress.com accounts and that you have a site here under a different username. It sounds like everything has been sorted out for now, but if you need further assistance with your sites here, please let me know.

Hello again. I just remembered that I had one draft post and I would like to access it.
The blog is launchingalong which was originally hosted at wordpress. I moved it to self-hosting on Monday.
Lots of possibilities for user names . . . I can list them here:

The blog launchingalong.wordpress.com is owned by the first user you listed. That user also has recently purchased domain mapping for the site.
The Dashboard for that site can be accessed directly at http://launchingalong.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
However, the site (and domain) launchingalong.com is different from the WordPress.com site, and is hosted by Bluehost. If you do not plan to build your site here, but instead at the site hosted by Bluehost, you do not need the domain mapping upgrade, and can cancel that for a refund.

I found it, thank you so much!!
Now that I’ve copied the one draft post, I won’t need to access it again I hope.Yes, I wondered about the mapping upgrade. I did that before I decided to switch to self-hosting.
Can you send a link or instructions for how to cancel?
Thanks again! -
You can go to https://launchingalong.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades to cancel the upgrade. Note that upgrades must be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, so you will want to take care of this soon.
