How do I access my Premium upgrade features?

  In ‘My upgrades’ I can see an active Premium upgrade, but It wants to charge me to register my domain. I thought that was included? Also, I’m still being offered a premium upgrade option. How do I access my other premium features. (Note: custom design seems to be working fine).

  http://umnexplorer.com/ … however, there must have some kind of cookie/history situation, because it started working properly yesterday afternoon. I’m all set up now.
