How do I access my webpage

A few days ago I purchased a wordpress.com domain name for $18. It shows up on my statement as being from WPCHRG.COM. However, I cannot access my domain name and don’t know how to register it or do anything. When I click forgot password, the emails I enter do not come up as being registered. I have no idea how to access my account. I don’t have any emails in any of my accounts from wordpress, I don’t have any information except I can go to my website and I was charged $18.

Actually the website I need help with is carterlowman.com. I just signed up for carterlowmanblog.wordpress.com in order to access the forums.
