I do not want to use the web inspector. Its way to advanced for me. Why cant we find the total stylesheet like we did before?

You can find the main stylesheet for Misty Lake here: https://wpcom-themes.svn.automattic.com/misty-lake/ .
The thing is, that does not contain all the CSS for your site as much of it is in separate files for the special features here at WordPress.com. That is the reason we recommend getting used to, and using the web inspectors so that you can get to all the CSS for your site. It does, however, contain the bulk of the theme specific CSS.
