How do I access the "Install Theme" tab?

  Hello, have purchased the WordPress.org AIT Guesthouse Theme. In their instructions it says to go to Appearance but in their video there is a “manage Theme” tab AND a “Install There” tab. but I am finding no “Install theme” tab. I have already activated a Bluehost account with my url I am using with my blog with you and have downloaded wrodpress.org.

  while I ma here, once I get this bit figured out, I am going to want to transfer what I built into my Twenty Ten site with you into the new theme. Do you have have a link to instructions on how to do this?

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:
