How do I access the simple page builder in the basis theme?

  Hi there, I am new to Premium today, and I would like to use the simple page builder like shown in the ‘basis theme’ video to drag and drop how I like. I cannot seem to access this, how can I ?

  The page builder is enabled when you change the page template of an individual page as shown here:

  We have some detailed instructions for setting up the Basis theme here:

  Can you take a look there and let me know if you run into trouble?
