How do I access Wild West Domain DNS information?

    I registered the domain name Tactiletracks.com on WordPress.com, and transferred my site over to WordPress.org. I am transferring the blog back to WordPress.com and now need to re-point my name servers to WordPress.com. However, in tracking down who my domain is registered with to access and change the name server information, I find that the domain is registered with Wild West Domains, and I don’t have any account information with that 3rd party affiliate as everything was automatically created. I’ve talked to representatives who say I need a customer number and a 4-digit PIN number, which I assume were all created automatically. I have also been told that even if I do get that information, they might not be able to change the DNS information back to WordPress.com and that it needs to be done through you guys. Please help! The site is currently down and I would love as little down time as possible. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Wild West Domains is our domain registrar partner. However, since you registered the domain at WordPress.com, you can do all of your domain management from here at WordPress.com.

    To get to the domain manager, you can go to Store > Domains in your WordPress.com dashboard. We have a guide for logging in to your domain manager and updating the name servers here:

    If you have any trouble with that, please let me know and I can answer any questions or help change your name servers back to WordPress.com. :)
