How do I access wordpress in Namibia?

    I’m a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia and have set up a blog to write about my experiences here – unfortunately, I can’t access my blog. The terminal displays a “Connection closed by foreign host” message. What do I need to do to access wordpress?
