how do i acess my paid for website

i paid for a business plan for rutlandpressurewashing.net but all i can acess is a free rutlandpressurewashing.wordpress site

Hi @andywalden,
If you have already paid for the premium, then go to “My Sites” > Select your website which you have upgraded for, then go to the domains page of your website when selected form “My Sites” > Click on the domain name which you’ve upgraded for and then > Make it primary.
There is a button to make your domain primary, so make sure you click on it.Navigation for domains page:
Login WordPress.com > My Sites > Select site>
Configure option on the left-hand side of the screen > Domains>
> select the domain name which you’ve upgraded for > Make it Primary.Additional information can be found on our support document:

hi kokkieh,thanks for the reply, i dont fully understand that as i have no recollection about the andywalden200218 thing, any way i did try and log in as that but then its says its sending me a link but everytime i check my emails i get nothing …. i only ever use 1 email (email visible only to moderators and staff).
i dont know if i registered via an google email or bt email.
are you able to tell me if the links are going to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or somewhere else

The AOL email you mention is the one in user for this account you’re using here, andywalden, which was created only two months ago on 19 February.
The andywalden200218 account that owns the site you’re trying to access was created a day later on 20 February, but using a completely different email address. For security reasons I cannot tell you the email address associated with that account.
If you are unable to log into the account, you’ll need to submit our account recovery form to regain access, as explained here:

hi kokkieh/liz, thanks for the reply, i have filled in the form to retrive my info so i can log into rutlandpressurewashing.net as i seriously have no idea what happened.
i would have thought i would have had a email to enable me to acess the site.
#i must have had something to start building it but i cant find anything as i say the only one i use is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i have no recollection of any other.
anyway i have given all the details i can including the transaction details as i paid 2 lots on 26th feb of £156 and £84
are you able to monitor my application as i would like to get going with the site.

hilizkarkoski, nothing yet and frankly its becoming a a nightmare, I need to get a website up and running for business, ive paid my money, word press have got my money and I have nothing, can you organise a refund and ill start again.

It has been explained to you that, perhaps inadvertently, you have created two separate accounts. The emails are most likely being sent to the email address you supplied for the other account as this account (and attached email) you continue to access doesn’t own the upgrade. Are you positive that you can’t remember your correct password as if you could log out of this account and log back in typing andywalden200218 and whatever password you set for that account you would immediately gain access to your correct site (which ironically would give you access to livechat support rather than things dragging on here for days in the support forum for free accounts).

Dear Mr Robot, I think you are ablsoluty correct, I simply have no recollection of making a new email adress, and why would i? i always use my main one and have for 20 plus years and even if i did i wouldnt have choosen that one, its like its been generated for me.
However the point is , for whatever reason, I have paid my money in good faith and I just cant access my site.
Its a problem that should be recitifed easily and quickly.
A uk telephone number to ring would be a novel approch dont you think?
Wordpress advertise theire services as easy but that is far from the truth.
Some one at wordpress should call me and tell me the password or restet , it really is as simple as that.
I run a very small business and i do that sort of thing and its just me.

I’m sorry you’re having so much trouble. Earlier you said:

Have you carefully checked all your accounts, (including junk folders especially with a gmail account).
Last week you were given the correct username to type into the log in box. You just needed to have kept a note of your password and you’d have access to your site. -

hi fstat, i have recived no email off you only this one (below) from another member of your team.
i have relplied to the email below and am still waiting, the information he requested was sent when i filled in the account recovery form that was a hour ill never get back!!
oh how much fun im having, its actually starting to take over my life.
i remember in the good old bad old days, we had these cheeky little things call ‘phones’ and if something went wrong you would phone up the company and talk to a person and they would rectify the problem in a short while…
this way is much much better. i get to improve my typing skills while waiting getting more and more flabbergasted and older
