    Now my query is

: By – default, they’re sorted alpahbetically, BUT I want them to see categories–> Subcategories

So, how do I acive this ..?

You can edit your categories in Dashboard>Posts>Categories or in the post editor, and from there you can assign them to whatever Parent category you choose. Then in the Category widget on the widget page make sure you tick ‘show hierarchy’

Im talking about widget inside Dashboard , not in any post or not asking about widgets on my website…

The answer Giggy gave you IS about the category widget. There is no widget in a dashboard, perhaps you could explain what you mean as Giddy gave you the correct answer for what you are asking in relation to categories.

OK, This is what I need ultimately as Below:

    ——————————————————–

I have created a Custom Menu ‘my menu’ and in that all my categories , sub categories, sub-sub categories should be added arranged Automatically… I cannot arrange myself all of these categories in this custom menu, since it has some 100’s of categories..

So, how can achieve this..? Please reply answer for this only… (Dont care my previous posts..)

    waiting for quick replies..

There is no automatic way to arrange categories in a custom menu, you’ll have to do it manually.

So there is no way to arrange my 100’s of categories in an easy way (instead of manually) for my custom menu??

I got to know one plugin called “gecka submenu pro” , BUT this is not free :(

I also tried ‘Add Descendants As Submenu Items’ , BUT its not working for me. (not sure whats the problem with it.. )

if anyone has solution for my query, please kindly share it..

    Thanks!

    PLUGINS are not allowed here.

you’ll have to do it manually.

If I recall correctly, you don’t have a WordPress.com blog at all, so you need to be at WordPress.ORG instead. Our answers won’t apply to you.
