how do i activate a theme i have already purchased

  hi! I just registered some domain names at iPage and purchased a theme from WordPress. But I when I go to the activate section of Help, it just takes me back to the showcase, which I assume leads to purchasing. How do I activate my theme at my present site?

  Hello,

  From your WordPress dashboard choose, from the sidebar menu, appearance/themes.

  Once on this screen you should see an area at the top for sorting the available themes.

  The left hand side will include the options “Trending Popular Newest” and the right hand side should include an option titled “Your Purchases”.

  If you click “Your Purchases” you should see the theme that you purchased.

  Not even sure how to get to my dashboard I guess, because the site I’m on doesn’t have the sidebar you are describing.
  In general, I’m extremely frustrated about this. wordpress has the worst customer support i have ever encountered

  Let’s keep this simple: You’re in the wrong forum. You need to be at WordPress.ORG. And you are not a WordPress customer, since you didn’t buy anything from them; you find support in the forum, or by contacting your web host.
