How do I activate an existing website built using wordpress?

  I already had a website with wordpress and this is the original url http://centralvalleydance.com/content/wp-login.php

  I recently renewed my domain name through websitespot.com

  How do I attach the two together? Mind you… I am not a computer geek like you guys are (I sure wish I was)

  Please help!
