How do I activate comments on posts?

  I selected this theme yesterday and really enjoy it but wondered how I could activate comments?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  they seem working to me. But if they are not or you want to make some changes you will find the Comments section in Settings > Discussion

  Hi..

  I’ve tried to activate comment from Settings > Discussion but it seems that it’s appear in the Contact menu.

  What did I do wrong ?

  are you the same person as leimabean? If yes, could you tell what is exactly the problem with the comments? What did appear in the Contact menu?

  If you are a different person, what is the adress of your website?

  I’m a different person. I’m a newbie. My address is armitajalan2.wordpress.com

  After I activated Comments, there is an advertisement below my post. And there is a form in my Contact.

  Please advise me what to do to make a comment below my posts.

  Hi armita123,

  the advertisements are normal in a free plan. If you would like to remove them, check the paid plans.
  You turn the comments on in Settings > Discussions as we talked.

  To remove the contact form go to Pages > Contact and remove it from the text field.

  I have successfully removed the contact form. Thanks for your help.

  When I go to Settings > Discussions, the Comments is already ON. But still there is no Comment field below my article.

  The comments are working now if you go to the page of the post. It’s only possible to leave comments on a specific posts’ pages, not on the home page.

  The solution here is a widget, that shows recent posts. More details on activating it

  I hope this solves the problem.
