How do I activate custom design for the Esquire theme

When I try to activate custom settings, I get the message that I have to purchase the update. But when I go to purchase it I get a message that it’s already included in my premium upgrade.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

I checked your account, and you have WordPress.com Premium on your blog here: http://canfieldbooks.com/

You should be able to go to Appearance > Customize in that blog’s dashboard to start using the custom design options there. If you see a message telling you that you need to purchase an upgrade to use them, please try clearing your browser’s cache. Let me know if that message still doesn’t go away after that.

I see you also have a blog at this address: http://realsouthernrealwomen.wordpress.com/

That blog doesn’t have any upgrades, so if you’d like to use the custom design settings for that blog you’ll need to add the Custom Design to that blog. (Each upgrade is per blog, so you’ll need to purchase the upgrades you want for each blog you want to use them on.)

Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
