How do I activate the email accounts I set up?

When I was setting up my wordpress and paid for my domain name I was told I could set up email accounts using my domain name, I chose the following:
(email visible only to moderators and staff) / (email visible only to moderators and staff) / (email visible only to moderators and staff)How do I now activate these? I have put these down as my contacts but no idea how to get into them!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are two options for creating custom email addresses at WordPress.com.
- Email forwarding, which forwards emails to a custom address to an address you already own. You can read more about that here:
- A custom email address, which would have a separate inbox but would be completed through a third-party as explained here:
