How do I actually talk to someone at wordpress?

  I have a transaction ID for a purchase of a site domain linked to a second account that I cant access. I tried their form where you input the transaction ID but it said it didn’t exist. I can’t find any way to contact wordpress other then posting questions on the forums. How do I find someone to help me?
