  your site looks like all paid endorsements, remember that if the badge is an image with a link to a store or company it will be ruled an Ad and your site suspended

  That does not answer my question as how to add a badge to my sidebar.

  The theme you are using does not have a sidebar, so there is no way to add a badge there. You can only add a badge to the footer in this theme, using either a text or an image widget.
