How do I add a banner above header in all pages Plum Plus Theme

    I’d like to add a banner above header in all pages. The header that comes with the Plum Plus theme covers the top part of the header image. I’ve tried multiple actions on the Customize menu with no success. Is there a way to do this?

    Any help would be appreciated
