How do I add a collapsable archive?

  On the sidebar I would like to add an archive with:

  Listed monthly with a count for each month
  then when you click the month a list by blog titles is expanded.

  Like I use in blogger sandivand.blogspot.com

  I am adept enough to write shortcode, just need to know what code to write :)

  Well, we have a similar function with the Archives widget (it’s a dropdown, though). Also writing your code wouldn’t help as we don’t allow external plugins to WordPress.com for security reasons, unfortunately.
