How do I add a contact form in free wordpress.com?

  I use the free wordpress.com site. I would like to add a contact form onto one of my pages. However the “Add Contact Form” button seen on this tutorial (http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/) isn’t available for me when I’m editing my site.

  Can you try switching to the Classic Dashboard as seen here:
