How do i add a contact form to my wordpress.com blog. ie: i would like to add a contact form to my contact us page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for the reply i have now found the information and added the contact form to the page but i have another query which is that the form is showing my email address and blog url in the boxes in live view can you tell me how i can make these boxes blank.

You misunderstand because you are logged in. Log out and clear your browser cache and cookies and then visit you blog as if you are a visitor ie. don’t log in. WordPress.com uses cookies to keep track of commenters and those who submit to comment forms so if someone makes a comment on your blog, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each other’s details.

Thanks for the help it all makes sense now. Just out of interest do you know if you can place unlimited text in the contact form as also want to use it for people to add posts.
