How do I add a contributor to my blog?

I have added contributors in the past with no issue, but I’ve sent two invitations to user and he’s not receiving any kind of notification and my blog is not showing up in his “my blogs” tab.

It’s hard to tell what’s happening without more information. From your description, it sounds like perhaps the confirmation email is not getting through to them? Can you please let us know their WordPress.com username so we can lookup the details?
