  How do i add a cool quote image to my blog or blog theme?

  I would like to add this [IMG]http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l432/howardryan6/quote.gif[/IMG] to my blog, so that everytime I include a quote it shows up. How do I do it?

  That would require you having knowledge CSS and the paid CSS upgrade. There is no official support for CSS and few in the forums are well versed in it. You can try before you buy by using the preview function.
