How do i add a domain i own in Iceland.

    Hey
    I made a blog/webside, it is http://www.hornidblog.wordpress.com
    I own a domain in iceland and the domain is http://www.hornid.is and i want to connect it so i can use the blog/website i made with wordPress ad a website for my restaurant.
    I know that i need to pay and that is not the problem.
    The problem is that when ia want to add my own domain in the dashboard in wordPress it tells me that it has not yet been registered and i can’t find a way to register it…
    How can i add my http://www.hornid.is as a domain for my very nice website in wordPress

    this is the error that I get “Sorry but hornid.is has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.” How do I map My WP blog to that domain?

    This seems to be going around for some extensions ( in your case .is)

    I have flagged this for the staff to help – they are way backed up now – being on a company all hands meetup where they are plotting to take over the internet (I am not kidding :) )
