How do I add a 'follow my blog' button to the end of a page/post in wordpress?

  I don’t know how to add a ‘follow my blog’ button to the end of a page/post in wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Debbie,

  In your theme, Sketch, you are offered the ability to add a widget area alongside your posts. For instructions about how to set this up, click the link below and scroll down until you see the header: Widgets.

  Also, so you’re aware, your site displays default follow buttons already. You can read about that here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  There isn’t a follow blog button available for the end of posts/pages, as there are many other options…however, I can help more, should you need assistance with other solutions.
