How do I add a forum to my blog?

  Is there a way for me to add a forum/message board to this site? I would like for my readers to be able to ask there own questions and interact with each other besides just posting comments. Any suggestions?

  At the moment that’s not possible at WordPress.com. There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
