How do I add a header image to a post?

Helpppppp. Okay so I’ve done it once where I added a picture and now it’s the header image for the post: https://dominiquedoes.home.blog/2019/01/27/blackabroad-japan/ note the picture with the title and how it is above the title and directly under my name and one-liner. I cannot for the life of me remember how I did that. Can anyone explain? Please?

I believe you’re wanting to add a “Featured Image”, which can be assigned within the Editor of each Post.
Go to the post you want to publish. On the right-hand side there is an option to add a featured image. If you don’t see this section, make sure it’s visible by going to the “Screen Options” tab, located at the top right of the WP Dashboard. Click the tab to view all available options .
