how do I add a 'like' button for my visitors to add their little picture

I would like to add a button for my visitors to push saying they “like” my post which then adds their gravatar picture.
I understand that their is a list of likes at the top right hand corner but no one can see that but me. I want other people to see who has registered a like for my post.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am seeing gravatars from people who have liked your post. Here is a screenshot of what I see:
