  You have two options:

  1) Add your blog’s RSS feed to its sidebar via a Text Widget – http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/put-your-feed-in-your-sidebar/

  2) Offer e-mail subscriptions via Feedburner – http://support.wordpress.com/email-subscriptions/
