How do I add a Link to another Blog as a Page on my existing one?

I would like to know if possible how it is possible to add another Blog to my site as a Page on my existing Blog. Can anyone help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Asssuming you mean a tab in the top menu (next to “About” etc), you need to create a custom menu. See here:
