How do I add a logo to my forever theme?

I’m hoping that someone could help me figure out how to add a logo to my site http://www.kindahealth.com. I want it positioned next to the title on the homepage but haven’t yet figured out how to do this or if it’s even possible. I’ve installed a few logo plugins but they don’t seem to work with this theme
I’d be very grateful for some help on this one. Thank you!
