How do I add a menu of previous posts?

  I don’t want to change my theme but I want to create a menu on my blog of previous posts, preferably on the left sis of the blog. Does anyone have any suggestions of a link to information on how to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
