How do I add a meta-tag on WordPress.com?

I want to verify my domain on Facebook Business but can’t figure out how to. I’ve looked up tutorials but they’re all for wordpress.org and not wordpress.com. I currently use the Personal Plan on WordPress.com and I don’t want to spend any more money. It says I have to copy a meta-tag into the head section of the website’s home page HTML source. Are there any tutorials on this?
