How do I add a new posting to one of the pages that I created

    I wanted to add postings to some of the other pages but the only options that I see are that I can edit it or delete it. So for example if I have subject page titled one food and the other fitness how can I add new content to this page daily? Is that possible? Thanks

    If you are talking about a “page”, then you have to edit it and save it. If you were talking about posts, I would just use a category for “food” and another one for “fitness” with posts on each topic.
