How do I add a new site to my existing account?

  I’m trying to start a new site. Already have an existing site with WordPress. Want to add new site under existing account for billing/admin simplicity. Please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No problem! While logged in here at WordPress.com just visit this page:

  http://wordpress.com/signup

  You can create a whole new site and manage it with the same username. :)
