How Do I add a Password?

I’m alittle confused on more than just how to add a password to pages. I would have a list of things, but right now there are 2 things in particular.
1. How do I add a password to a page?
2. How do I make it so that a link is like the word HERE or something like..like i guess i could give an example..like it would say Press HERE and when you clicked on here, it would bring you to the page?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The “www” doesn’t actually exist in your URL. It’s http://cheergirl149.wordpress.com/
1) when you’re writing or editing the page, look in the sidebar on the right: there are Privacy options there.
